John Morse
John has been coaching in one sport or another for the best part of 20 years, as a fitness instructor, American football coach, and now CrossFit & weightlifting coach. John currently coaches at a few gyms in Bristol.
"Running was my first competitive sport, competing at school events and pretty much didn’t stop, I've ran half marathons across the country and even tried my hand a triathlons … until I realised I suck at swimming. As an 'athlete', aside from the running, I played American Football for 10 years, coached almost as long, and have been taking part in CrossFit for over 8 years and a CF coach for the past 2 years. I currently run the CFFA Community Run Club , our mission is to help you get more comfortable with running as a part of your fitness journey, whether you want to get better at running and realise it doesn’t have to suck or to improve your CrossFit journey. We want to make you fitter and stronger whilst still having fun. That’s Run club."
